Phyllis E. Jones Memorial Scholarship

Students must meet these qualifications: 1) Have a career interest in education; preferably early childhood development or early education; 2) May or may not have financial need; 3) Maintain full-time enrollment (12 credits or more); 4) Preference to former students or employees of the Saginaw County Head Start Programs.
